BABYBI GUIDE

What to check before a personalised order

Size, colour, embroidery spelling and final price: a practical checklist for ordering from Babybi.

Check the specific product

Options depend on the product. Open its description, photographs, materials and any listed dimensions, then review the options in Studio or your selected collection. If a size, colour or embroidery option is not offered, do not assume an order note adds it. Contact the Babybi team before confirming requests that are not listed.

Compare measurements, not just photos

A photograph helps with appearance but may not show the real scale. Write down the measurements you need and compare them with the description. Check every listed dimension and which variant it applies to. If information is missing, ask before ordering. Colours can look different on different screens; ask the shop for more information when a precise shade matters.

Read the name one more time

When embroidery is available, enter the name exactly as you want it written. Check spelling, spaces and length before adding the product. The displayed character limit applies to that product. The name is saved as part of the basket and order configuration. Before confirming, review the size, colour, name and quantity again. For changes after ordering, contact the team with your order number.

Keep the order number

After a successful order, keep the number beginning with BB-. Check its status on the tracking page using that number and the phone entered at checkout. Changing devices does not require you to place another order to see the status. Once delivered, you can leave an honest review from your profile. A photo is optional and is published only with your permission and after review.
